Deep Chocolate Nutella Cake

I came across this recipe a few months ago, and found it so easy to make with just 3 ingredients, outrageous and yet so true!!!Β  The only ingredient I did not have at home was of course the Nutella, so off to the market I went to pick up a bottle.Β  Time to make the cake, I tossed all the ingredients into a large bowl, and just whipped until it was one big blob of Chocolate. πŸ™‚

As you can see from the photos after so many years of cooking, and baking I still can’t for the life of me master the cake from opening on top. πŸ™Β  I have read some other posts from bloggers who also have the same problem, so can someone out there who masters this art tell us what the trick is. πŸ™‚Β  I thank you very much in advance πŸ™‚

For all those chocolate lovers out there..:)

Oh!!! this is for my blogger friend Joanna from Momentum of Jo πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Hi Sophie I am no expert but try lowering your oven 5-10 degrees Celsius. Some ovens produce a different amount of heat to what the dial says... Too high heat means the exterior cooks too fast for the interior and hence the crack. Sometimes the inside may seep out. πŸ˜™πŸ˜™

Thanks Marina, I have tried lowering the heat and still no luck uffff
